Hitman: The Complete First Season includes the game disc packaged in a sleek steel-book case, with all six downloadable episodes as well as the prologue mission included. An additional three missions — “The Icon,” “A House Built on Sand” and the new “Landslide” are also included.
The “Hitman Requiem Blood Money Pack,” which contains a white suit, white rubber duck, and the chrome version of Agent 47’s ICA pistol, should have you looking fly while you assassinate your enemies with ruthless precision. This pack will also be available to purchase digitally, and those who already own the game will be available to buy the three bonus missions, though it’s not clear if this will be after the physical launch.
Fancy yourself a devoted Hitman fan? The package also includes the game’s original soundtrack as well as a behind-the-scenes documentary chronicling its initial reveal last year at last year’s E3 to its digital launch this past spring.
“The disc combines everything we have learned, refined, and updated over the course of a 10-month live season,” says IO head of studio Hannes Seifert. “It’s the direct result of live input, development, and feedback from our players.”
Physical buyers will miss, however, many of the digital game’s live challenges. Recently, for one week only, players were able to orchestrate the legendary Gary Busey’s demise with the help of actor Gary Cole in a mission that exemplifies everything great about the series.
Hitman: The Complete First Season hits PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on January 31, 2017.
