You can now watch Pokémon episodes on Nintendo Switch

Starting today, Nintendo Switch owners can now download the Pokémon TV app onto their consoles. The app allows viewers to watch a plethora of episodes of the Pokémon TV series from all of its seasons. The app is free to download on the Nintendo eShop.

Pokémon TV is an app filled with various videos related to the Pokémon franchise. The app has hundreds of episodes from the Pokémon TV series, including full seasons. There are also special animated features that can only be found on the app.

Besides the more typical content, viewers can also watch competitive matches from the mainline Pokémon games, as well as tournaments for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. The app is also getting a Junior category sometime down the road, which will feature video content directed at younger viewers, like sing-alongs and famous nursery rhymes. Pokémon TV will rotate what is available to watch, so be sure to keep track of what season you are currently watching or it will disappear faster than Entei in tall grass.

Pokémon TV was simply a web player when it first launched in 2010. The app has grown considerably and is now available on various operating systems and devices including Android, iOS, Apple TV, and Kindle. The Nintendo Switch version of the app requires an internet connection in order to stream the video content. This is in contrast to other platforms that allow viewers to download videos in order to watch them offline. It can be downloaded for free on the Switch eShop right now.

You can now buy eight RTX 5090s for over $50,000

It's true that we're all waiting for the release of Nvidia's best graphics cards, but ... not like this. The RTX 5090 made a surprise appearance in a GPU server made by Comino, a company that deals with data center design and construction. Although still unannounced by Nvidia, the GPU can now be preordered directly from the manufacturer, but not by itself -- and at a whopping price of around $5,000 per GPU.

Just to clarify: No, Nvidia's RTX 50-series is still not here, and as of yet, Nvidia hasn't even confirmed that there will be an RTX 5090 at all. However, Comino opened up preorders for its next-gen Grando Server equipped with either six or eight RTX 5090 GPUs. This is worrying news for gamers because the RTX 5090 was always meant to be a consumer card. Still, the reality is that the RTX 4090 remained in high demand throughout its tenure because of its AI capabilities, and the RTX 5090 is only going to be even better in that regard.

RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic will bring PC nostalgia to Nintendo Switch

RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic has been on mobile and Steam for many years, and it's finally coming to Nintendo Switch this December, Atari announced Thursday. It's available for preorder now on the eShop for $25.

Classic is actually a remastered bundle of the first two RollerCoaster Tycoon games and the three expansion packs: Toolkit, Wacky Worlds, and Time Twister, created by Chris Sawyer. The first debuted in 1999, and it set the standard for some of our favorite management sims. The series has staying power, too, although a lot of the recent entries have all been on mobile, especially for iOS. Atari released RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic, which was made in conjunction with Sawyer, for iOS and Android in 2016, and on Steam in 2017. And by all accounts, despite its age, Classic is absolutely worth the time.
