While the TMY Mini Projector may not win any awards, it’s a great little portable project with a whopping 12,000 five star ratings on Amazon, and it’s going for just $80. Natively, it runs a 720p resolution but supports FHD sources, while also giving you a screen size from 32-inches to 100-inches, although at that resolution, you probably want to stick with the smallest sizes.

Samsung The Freestyle 2nd Gen — $600 $800 25% Off

If you’re a Samsung fan, then you’ll want The Freestyle 2nd Gen, an FHD projector with some HDR support, although don’t expect a huge amount of brightness from this little device. It also has its own speakers and comes with Auto Leveling, Auto Focus, and Auto Keystone so that you can set it up in seconds. Even better, it has a substantial $200 discount that knocks it down to $600.

Epson Pro EX9240 –$800 $850 5% Off

Epson is a well-known name in the projector market, and the Epson Pro EX9240 can hit an impressive 4000 Lumens, so you don’t need to be in an entirely dark room or area to enjoy it. It runs at an FHD resolution and comes with its own speakers, and while it doesn’t have complete Autokeyston, it does have auto vertical keystone adjustment, which is a nice quality of life feature, as is the $50 discount for our wallets.

Epson Home Cinema 2350 — $1,100 $1,300 15% Off

Kicking it up a notch, the Epson Home Cinema 2350 is a bit more expensive, but does also run a 4K resolution, so it’s great for those who want a bigger screen. The $200 discount is pretty substantial, and even has an input lag of under 20ms for those who want to do a little bit of gaming.

Epson Home Cinema 5050UB — $2,400 $3,000 20% Off

With 2,600 lumens of brightness, the Epson Home Cinema 5050UB is also a great option for home cinema if you don’t care as much about gaming. It can make a screen size between 50 inches to 300 inches, and even supports HDR10, and the best part is that you get a whopping $600 discount.

Sony VPLXW5000ES — $5,000 $6,000 16% Off

With native 4K, the Sony VPLXW5000ES is one of the highest-end projects you’re going to find, although it does come with a substantial cost. Luckily, the $1,000 discount does knock it down some, plus you get things like Triluminos Pro, which gives you access to billions of colors and even comes with HDR10 and HLG HDR, the latter of which is great for those who love watching sports.

How to choose a projector on Prime Day

Choosing the right home theater projector is a big decision. We’re assuming you’re likely in one of two groups — budget buyers or premium purchasers. Those on a tight budget should aim for any of the best projectors under $500. They’re ideal for starting out on your projector journey without breaking the bank. Brands here are a little less familiar, but if you stick to models with good reviews you’ll find something worthwhile.

If you can afford more, go straight to the best projectors. These include 4K projectors and premium short throw projectors, which are perfect if you’re limited for space. Knowing if you need or want a 4K resolution picture is a key part of the buying process, with most people likely to be happy with 1080p instead. If you plan on using it outside, check out the best outdoor projectors as these will be more portable and simply more practical than the regular projectors we mention.

Don’t forget about any smart features built-in as that’s sure to help you whatever your budget, while features that cut down on you needing to adjust things manually are super useful. After all, the best looking projector still isn’t much use if you hate using it each day.

How we chose these projector Prime Day deals

We know all about what constitutes a good projector, whether we’re talking something budget-friendly or something super high-end. Alongside that, we spend our days seeking great deals. Combined, we know what you should buy among the projector Prime Day deals. Big savings aren’t automatically good savings, so we’ve focused on products that you actually want to own — they are often the products we own ourselves or would love to purchase.

There are a lot of unknown brands out there when it comes to projectors, so we’ve primarily focused on the biggest and most reliable brands. That way you get a projector that will last you for a long time to come and offer all the features you need most.

Appreciating that everyone has different budgets, we don’t solely focus on the most high-end brands either. We also look at reliable budget options and we check out portable projectors, which serve different roles to the brightest home theater projectors. Basically, we’re picking the projector Prime Day deals we would recommend to our friends and loved ones.

Audible is now included with Amazon Music Unlimited — Try 3 months free
An iPhone with Bose headphones showing the Amazon Music app with a promotional message for Audible audiobooks.

While many prefer one of the other audio streaming services out there, one of my personal favorites is Amazon Music Unlimited. It's not just because I'm an Amazon Prime subscriber, but also because I genuinely like the service. I have a few playlists put together of my favorite tunes, and I regularly receive some great recommendations for new tracks. But that's not why I'm most excited to talk about it all today. Recently, Amazon added Audible access -- the best-selling audiobooks and podcast service -- to Music Unlimited. Yes, Audible is now included and you can listen to one audiobook each month.

I'll get into more of the details below. However, you should know that right now you can try 3 months of Amazon Music Unlimited for free. Normally it starts at $11 per month for non-Prime members, and $10 per month for those with Prime, which equals about $33 in savings across those three months, if you don't count the cost of Audible. While not exactly a Cyber Monday deal or offer, this is a great holiday pick-up, especially if you know someone who loves their tunes.

Cyber Monday 2024 is here and it's better than ever. We’ve been covering Cyber Monday deals all weekend, including everything from TVs and soundbars to dedicated streaming devices, but we’ve also been looking for great mini projector deals. After all, sometimes a big TV just won’t cut it. Fortunately, our research paid off when we came across this incredible Amazon offer. Right now, thanks to the TMY Mini Projector deal on Amazon, you’ll only pay $66. But wait, there's more. At full price, this model sells for $100. You’ll also be able to apply a 20% off coupon, which brings the mini projector deal down to $53 before tax!

Why you should buy the TMY Mini Projector deal
There’s nothing like the ease and portability that comes with a plug-and-play mini projector. This TMY model has HDMI, USB, microSD, and Bluetooth connectivity, making it simple to wire up your favorite game console or family photos in seconds flat. With its 1280 x 720 resolution, movies, shows, and games are capped at 720p, though the projector will accept and downscale 1080p HD sources. We were glad to learn this TMY projector comes with an 80-inch foldout screen, too, and is able to project up to a 220-inch image.

Why you should buy this 40-inch TCL TV
TCL is one of the best TV brands because of the value that its products provide, and that's on full display with a 40-inch TCL S3 Full HD TV. It's not going to challenge the performance and features of the best TVs in the market, but one important thing that it shares with them is the fact that it's a smart TV. Through Amazon's Fire TV platform, you'll be able to access all of the popular streaming services, such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, and you'll also be able to initiate voice commands through either Amazon's Alexa or Google Assistant.
