An uprising is brewing in the official trailer for Silo season 2.

Rebecca Ferguson stars as Juliette, an engineer living in a mile-deep silo underground to stay safe from the toxic world outside. Those living in the silo are believed to be the last 10,000 people on Earth. Why was the silo built? If you seek those answers, it typically leads to death.

Juliette sought answers for her friend’s death and asked to leave the silo. Bernard Holland (Tim Robbins), the head of IT, has declared Juliette dead. Yet Juliette is alive in the outside world and knows other silos exist. The footage teases a long and arduous journey home for Juliette. However, if she makes it back alive, her knowledge about life outside the silo will certainly cause the residents to revolt.

“I’m not afraid of a rebellion. I’m more afraid of what she saw,” Bernard says about Juliette in the trailer.

Peacemaker stands next to two women and stare.

Peacemaker season 2 is complete. Series creator and DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn announced that filming has wrapped on the superhero drama.
“And that is a WRAP on #Peacemaker season 2, including our last remaining actors Steve Agee, Tim Meadows, Sol Rodriguez & Brandon Stanley (& our DP Sam McCurdy pictured here moments after the last shot.),” Gunn wrote on X. "Thanks to our entire cast & crew who made this a wonderful experience. My relief to have a break from shooting after ten months straight is countered by how much I’ll miss all of you!”

The new DC Universe (DCU) from James Gunn and Peter Safran will begin next month with the arrival of the animated TV series Creature Commandos. The DCU is nearly a complete reset from the DC Extended Universe (DCEU), the previously shared universe from 2013 to 2023. In an interview with IGN, Gunn clarified that everything seen or spoken about in Creature Commandos or any project released after that is canon in the DCU. However, there is one major exception.

Gunn said, “The truth is almost all of Peacemaker is canon with the exception of Justice League … which we will kind of deal with in the next season of Peacemaker." The scene in question happens at the end of Peacemaker season 1, when the Justice League, including Jason Momoa’s Aquaman and Ezra Miller’s Flash, are late arrivals to the fight against the Butterflies.
