If you wish to remain completely unspoiled when it comes to the upcoming Marvel Studios film, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, well, you probably shouldn’t be clicking on posts hyping several minutes of footage from the movie. Just sayin’. Here’s your chance to back out, and thanks for stopping by.

If that doesn’t scare you off, however, Marvel has released a four-minute preview, including 2 minutes and 45 seconds of footage from the film, as well as a new trailer. If you want to see the trailer but not the footage, just skip to the 2:45 mark, and ignore the rest of this article.

The footage comes from early in the film, and shows Cap out on what appears to be a routine mission for S.H.I.E.L.D. involving a hostage situation at sea. There are two somewhat spoilerish moments in it though, and two well-known Captain America villains are briefly introduced (although one doesn’t yet appear to be a villain). Last chance to avoid spoilers.

The mission takes Cap, Black Widow, and a S.H.I.E.L.D. team to the Indian Ocean, and head-to-head with George Batroc. In the comics, Batroc is known as Batroc the Leaper, a French mercenary and expert in the savate fighting style. He has no special abilities, but has been a problem for Cap since he was first introduced in 1966. In the film he is played by UFC legend Georges St-Pierre, who is uniquely qualified for the role.

The other villain in the footage is one fans of the comics may recognize, but only if they are paying close attention. In the mission briefing, Cap refers to the S.H.I.E.L.D. team leader by the name “Rudlow” (played by Frank Grillo). In the comics, Brock Rudlow also goes by the name Crossbones, and is frequently seen working with the Red Skull. He has fought both Captain America and S.H.I.E.L.D., and like Batroc, he has no superpowers but is still dangerous enough to be a supervillain. It has been confirmed that Crossbones will be in the film, but it isn’t clear if he is already Crossbones and is working undercover, or later becomes Crossbones.

Key art for Stalker 2. A character in a lit-up gas mask and a gun on their back.

It won't take long before The Zone teaches you one very important tip for surviving in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, which is to avoid fighting whenever possible. You can only carry so many resources, and prolonged fights can leave you with almost nothing left. And that's if you even manage to survive. There are some fights you just can't get around, though, but going in guns blazing isn't the best strategy. There's a handy stealth kill mechanic in Stalker 2, but you won't find it in any of the tutorials.
How to stealth kill in Stalker 2

You have the ability to stealth kill right off the bat, though it is not something the game will ever explain or tell you. It works how you would think, but is tricky enough to pull off that you might not think it's possible even if you try the right thing.

Game spending is up — and you can thank Call of Duty: Black Ops 6
A soldier shooting a beamshamsher in Black Ops 6.

Most of us knew that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 would be one of the biggest games of the year, but it's so big that it's doing a lot to boost games sales across the U.S.

This information comes from Circana (formerly NPD Group), which publishes a monthly report on U.S. video game spending. According to analyst Mat Piscatella, spending on hardware, software, and accessories was up 10% in October compared to the same time last year, and the spike was "primarily" driven by the release of Black Ops 6. Non-mobile video game subscription service spending was also up by 16%.
