The 2014 MLB season has come to a temporary halt, giving most of the sport’s players a well-deserved break. However, some of the game’s top stars will be in action tonight, as the league is set to lift the curtain on this year’s edition of the Home Run Derby just a few hours from now.

If you want to watch but are unable to get to a TV that will be carrying the event for whatever reason, keep reading. Here, we’ll show you how you can catch tonight’s slugfest, so you won’t miss a single long ball. The derby starts at 8 p.m. ET, so the sooner you read this guide, the quicker you can get yourself set up for tonight.

1. MLB.com

Major League Baseball is streaming the 2014 Home Run Derby for free on its official Web site. Click here to watch now! Alternatively, you can just click play in the window directly below.

2. WatchESPN

Unfortunately for people who don’t have cable, ESPN will be broadcasting this year’s derby. However, you can still watch the 2014 Home Run Derby by heading over to this ESPN page.

Click on “2014 Gillette Home Run Derby,”  and you’ll be able to pull up a live stream. However, in order to watch it, you’ll need a valid cable subscription, and you’ll need to verify that you have one by typing in your cable username and password, so keep that in mind. Also, remember that there’s a WatchESPN mobile app, in case you can’t get yourself over to a computer tonight.

3. MLB.TV

The league’s official streaming service will also be carrying the Home Run Derby, but there’s no free version of MLB.TV. While you reportedly don’t need a Premium subscription to MLB.TV to watch the 2014 Home Run Derby, a regular account will still run you $19.99 per month, or $69.99 for the rest of the season.

4.MLB At Bat

Major League Baseball’s own app will also carry the 2014 Home Run Derby. According to Gotta Be Mobile, you’ll be able to watch the event on your smartphone or tablet for free. The app itself costs you nothing, so all you have to do is head over to the Google Play or iOS app store, and grab the app. If you own a microUSB to HDMI cable, you can hook up your mobile device to your TV or laptop by plugging it into your HDMI port, and watch it that way.

Understandably, Stalker 2 is a bit of a mess on PC

Stalker 2 is one of those games I never thought would actually release. Originally announced 14 years ago, the project was shelved after developer GSC Game World closed its doors, only to be reignited in 2018. Then, as the originally announced 2022 release of the game approached, Ukraine, where the developer was based, was invaded by Russia.

There are plenty of games that suffer in development hell, but they pale in comparison to the struggles Stalker 2 has gone through. The fact that the game is even here is nothing short of a miracle. Like other titles stuck in development hell, though, Stalker 2 is far from perfect, particularly when it comes to PC performance.
