Most virtual reality headsets are super expensive, and they typically only work with one smartphone, so if you want to explore virtual worlds, you have to shell out big bucks for both the VR headset and the phone. Luckily, we’ve got an awesome giveaway for one lucky Digital Trends’ reader: a Sprint LG G3 smartphone and the VR headset for G3.

Even though LG’s G3 is a year old now, and the company has launched its successor the G4, it’s still one of the very best phones that money can buy. The G3’s Quad HD screen and powerful camera with laser autofocus put it ahead of its competitors last year, and really the only spec that’s slightly outdated is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor. Regardless, the G3 is fast and responsive, and our positive feelings for the phone still stand. We gave it our highest Editor’s Choice award when it came out, so the G3 comes highly recommended.

With this deal, not only do you get one of the best flagship smartphones from 2014, but you also get LG’s take on Google’s DIY VR headset Cardboard. The VR headset is made of plastic, which is a step up from Google’s Cardboard, and you don’t have to put it together either. Much like Cardboard, VR for G3 uses a neodymium ring magnet that, when used in tandem with the G3’s magnetic gyroscope sensor, allows you to switch between applications and navigate menus by tilting your head a certain way. The VR headset even comes with Robobliteration, a VR game, as a free download.

If you want to win a free LG G3 and its companion VR headset, all you have to do is enter the contest below:

The Galaxy A56 may get one of the S24 Ultra’s top features
A person using the Samsung Galaxy A55.

Samsung may be ready to change one of the long-standing negatives about its otherwise desirable Galaxy A5x series phones — the charging speed. For the Galaxy A55’s replacement, currently expected to be called the Galaxy A56, Samsung may introduce 45-watt charging speeds, a big increase over the current 25W charging, according to a report originating in China.

The source is an official-looking certificate from the Chinese government’s Quality Certification Centre (CQC) which is responsible for ensuring devices sold in China meet the required standards. The phone is listed as the SM-A5660, and seeing as the Galaxy A55’s model number is the SM-A556, it’s not much of a stretch to assume we’re looking at details of the unreleased Galaxy A56. Apparently, the phone’s maximum 10V/4.5A system equates to a 45W charging speed.

I used a Wear OS smartwatch for the first time, and I love it
Someone wearing an Apple Watch Ultra and Pixel Watch 3 on different wrists.

Ever since the original Apple Watch, smartwatches as a whole have really taken off. Though Apple largely dominates the market, there are still plenty of non-Apple smartwatches to choose from.

I’ve been solely an Apple Watch user for the past decade, but I’ve been trying out a Google Pixel Watch 3 for the past couple of weeks. And, honestly, I kind of love it.
