While the annual consumer-products licensing convention known as Licensing Expo isn’t known for being a fan-friendly event, it often features the first look at some of the promotional imagery associated with upcoming, high-profile films. That trend continued this year with an early peek at the marketing campaigns for the Assassin’s Creed and Angry Birds movies, as well as anothet good look at the Batmobile from Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

The images accompanied a preview of the show in the new issue of License! Global magazine (via ComingSoon.net), which offered up a brief description of each film along with the eye-catching images. The story made particular note of an increased presence for Warner Bros. at the Las Vegas event, citing the studio’s ambitious list of upcoming films based on DC Comics properties.

First and foremost among the images was a shot of the revamped Batmobile that will debut in Batman V. Superman. After also running through the official cast of the film, the synopsis confirmed that Jason Momoa will indeed make his debut as Aquaman in the film, which hits theaters March 25, 2016.

The long-awaited (and repeatedly delayed) Assassin’s Creed movie was also teased ahead of its Licensing Expo debut with a promotional image featuring an eagle juxtaposed against a backdrop of lines and figures that often appeared in the environment created by the game’s artificial-reality Animus machine. The article indicates that the film is expected to begin shooting this August, but without offering any additional casting news to supplement confirmed stars Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard.

Assassin’s Creed is currently scheduled to hit theaters December 21, 2016.

Finally, the upcoming Angry Birds animated movie based on the popular series of games was teased with a promotional image depicting one of the exploding birds from the game — possibly the character voiced by Pineapple Express actor Danny McBride in the film.

Along with McBride, the film features the voices of Jason Sudeikis (We’re the Millers) and Josh Gad (Frozen), as well as Bill Hader (Superbad), Maya Rudolph (Bridesmaids), Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones), and Keegan-Michael Key (Key and Peele). The supporting cast includes singer Romeo Santos and YouTube filmmakers Ian Andrew Hecox and Anthony Padilla (better known as “Smosh”).

The film’s script was penned by The Simpsons writer Jon Vitti. The Angry Birds Movie hits theaters May 20, 2016.
