Computer manufacturer Alienware today announced a new version of their Aurora 7500 desktop. This souped up computer features several new “cutting edge advancementsâ€.
The Aurora 7500, said Alienware, now comes with a liquid cooling technology they designed. This delivers what Alienware says is up to a 30% improvement in thermal performance and is quieter because there are no internal fans. Also featured is the Nvidia GeForce 7800 GTX KO ACS3 graphics card and Microsoft’s Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.
The new cooling technology is also available on Alienware’s Aurora 5500, Area-51 5500, and Area-51 7500 desktops, as well as MJ-12 workstations, while the GeForce 7800 GTX KO ACS3 is now available on Area-51 7500 and ALX systems.
“The Aurora 7500, backed by the power of AMD Athlon 64 FX-57 processors and NVIDIA SLI graphics technology, was already a top choice of gamers,” said Patrick Cooper, director of product management for Alienware. “By adding these latest incredible enhancements, the Aurora 7500 continues to push performance barriers.”
