Griffin Gives nano Some TuneBuds

Griffin Technology, a maker of iPod and PSP accessories, yesterday unveiled a new combination earbud and lanyard for Apple’s iPod nano. The new TuneBuds are priced at $34.99 and available now.

Griffin’s nano TuneBuds, said the company, are based on their EarThump design, which is known for deliver audio with clean highs and quality bass. The TuneBuds snap into the iPod nano’s dock connector and the product as a whole has a “smart design” with its integration of the audio cables into the lanyard.

Other features of the TuneBuds include quality sound isolation, three sets of interchangeable earpads, neodymium micro-drivers, black and white color choices to match the nano and a copy of Griffin’s iFill LE software for streaming MP3 files from Internet radio stations directly to an iPod.
