It won’t be long before Black Friday deals return, and bargain hunters will have more than they can handle. If you are planning to take advantage of the annual shopping holiday to snag a budget laptop, Walmart Black Friday deals will be a good place to start.

You don’t have to wait until November 27 though, as some Black Friday laptop deals are already available. If you’re on a budget, you may want to consider Black Friday Chromebook deals, such as Walmart’s $100 discount for the Lenovo S330 Chromebook that brings the laptop’s price down to $199 from its original price of $299.

The Lenovo S330 Chromebook features a 14-inch anti-glare display that’s perfect for both working on documents and streaming your favorite shows. The laptop is powered by a quad-core MediaTek processor with 4GB of RAM, which is enough for daily use for school or work, and Lenovo promises up to eight hours of battery life so you won’t have to worry about running out of juice while you’re on the go.

The laptop is called a Chromebook because it’s powered by Google’s Chrome OS, which ditches installed software in favor of web-based apps that open on the Chrome browser. The laptop only has 32GB of eMMC storage as you will be mostly working on the cloud, but if you need extra space, its storage is expandable through a microSD card. Chromebooks require an active internet connection to maximize their capabilities, but the trade-off is low overhead for quick startups and snappy performance.

If you are in the market for a budget laptop, the Lenovo S330 Chromebook may be your perfect companion. It won’t match up to high-end gaming laptops, but for a device that can perform basic tasks while providing some entertainment options, it’s already a steal at its original price of $299. However, Walmart is offering the Lenovo S330 Chromebook at $100 off to lower its price to $199, in a deal that’s hard to ignore. There’s no assurance that it will be cheaper once Black Friday arrives, so if you want to have the laptop as soon as possible, and to avoid the chaos, you should click on that Buy Now button as soon as you can.

The Lenovo Legion 5i with RTX 4060 is 37% off for Cyber Week
The Lenovo Legion 5i laptop with the Legion logo on the screen.

Often the home of great gaming laptop deals, Lenovo has a particularly great one for anyone keen to game in style this holiday season. Today, you can buy the Lenovo Legion 5i with a 16-inch screen for just $1,121, meaning you’re saving 37% or $669 off the regular price. It's a hefty price cut, but it’s worth remembering that Lenovo’s estimated value system means that sometimes the original price is optimistically high. But the discounted price is still great either way. One of the better laptop deals around, the Lenovo Legion 5i looks great and packs plenty of punch for the price. Here’s why you’ll want it.

Why you should buy the Lenovo Legion 5i
Lenovo is one of the best gaming laptop brands around and my personal favorite of the bunch. Having owned an older Lenovo Legion laptop for a number of years, I’d happily recommend the range for anyone seeking a reliable gaming laptop. With the Lenovo Legion 5i, you get a great upgrade to my four-year-old Lenovo Legion. It has a 14th-generation Intel Core i7-14650HX CPU and it’s teamed up with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage. The highlight here is its Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card with 8GB of dedicated VRAM. It’s the best graphics card in this price range dodging the downfall of the weaker 4050 GPU.

Lenovo is prolonging Cyber Week deals by offering a huge discount on the Lenovo ThinkPad E16. Usually priced at $1,649, the laptop is down to $989 for a limited time only. Now, regular readers will know that Lenovo is a little generous with its original prices. Oftentimes, the estimated value is overly optimistic so the true discount may be less. However, whatever the original price, we do know that $989 for this specification of laptop is a good deal. If you’re looking for a new workhorse of a laptop, read on while we take you through it.

Why you should buy the Lenovo ThinkPad E16
Lenovo is one of the best laptop brands, especially when it comes to designing sturdy business-focused laptops. The Lenovo ThinkPad E16 is a good example of that. It has an Intel Core Ultra 7 155U processor teamed up with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. For work purposes, I’d prefer to see 1TB at this price, but there’s always cloud storage if you deal with a lot of large files.
