This Black Friday or Cyber Monday, you might be after a new laptop to enjoy playing games like Fortnite or League of Legends. Well, it just so happens that Microsoft is cutting back prices on some of the newest gaming laptops from Razer as part of its Black Friday deals. You can save up to $200 on laptops like the ultra-powerful Razer Blade 15, budget-friendly Razer Blade Stealth 13, or the top-range Razer Blade Pro 17.
For ultimate gaming, the best deal is currently on the Razer Blade 15. It’s now discounted by $200 and is on sale for $3,100 instead of its price of $3,300. This laptop sports a beautiful 15.6-inch 4K OLED touch-screen display, as well as the newest Nvidia RTX 20280 Max-Q GPU on the inside. It also has an Intel Core i7-9750H processor inside, paired with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD.
We reviewed this laptop, and really loved its thin and light design, as well as its game performance and excellent keyboard and touchpad. The OLED panel was also a huge plus, we experienced a wild contrast ratio, unmatched black levels, and a near-perfect color gamut. Overall, this isn’t the most powerful gaming laptop, but we were able to punch and experience some excellent and buttery smooth gaming in Fortnite, Civilization VI, Battlefield V, and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
For something more affordable, Microsoft is also cutting back $100 on the price of the new Razer Blade Stealth 13. This sale includes both the standard Intel Core i7 FHD model with Intel’s Ice Lake graphics, as well as the 4K model with the Nvidia GTX 1650 inside. These are now retailing for $1,700, and $1,900, respectively.
Regardless of which model you buy, the laptop will prove to be excellent. We went hands-on with both models earlier in November and were quite impressed. It sports a rigid build quality, as well as some good gaming performance. The FHD model had no problem tackling games like Overwatch. The 4K model, meanwhile, was perfect for games like Doom.
Finally, there is the Razer Blade Pro 17. This laptop is now on sale for $2,300 instead of its usual price of $2,500 — a $200 savings. Again, this is a top-notch gaming laptop, as it comes with a six-core Intel Core i7 processor, GeForce RTX 2060 processor, as well as 16GB of RAM. If you opt to buy this, you’ll be able to get the most out of hit games like Battlefield 4, and so much more. We reviewed it in August and found it as a “gamers only” laptop. Its cooling, gaming performance, speakers, were quite the positives for us. And only the lack of a Core i9 processor and its portability held it back from being perfect.
