Do you need a second DualSense controller to play PlayStation 5 couch co-op games with a friend? Or maybe you broke your old one during an intense gaming moment? In either case, Cyber Monday deals have just the thing for you! Right now you can get a PS5 DualSense wireless controller for only $49. That’s up to $26 off the usual price depending on the color, and is a deal you shouldn’t pass up even if you’re not sure how much you’ll use it. So, go ahead and grab one at Walmart while this deal lasts. You’ll have a 30-day free return period to change you mind, so it’s basically risk free!

Why you should buy the Sony PS5 DualSense Wireless Controller

If you bought a new PS5, then you’ve probably already used the DualSense controller, as it’s the default one that comes with the console. While “default” doesn’t necessarily sound like a great word, and there are other great PS5 controllers out there, the DualSense is different. Plus, with seven colors (and an Army-style camo print) to choose from, this can finally be your chance to get the style you’ve always wanted. In our PS5 review we referred to the DualSense controller as “a win” because of its responsiveness and haptic feedback. If the game you’re playing (we suggest Returnal) allows for it, the controller will respond to what is happening in the game via vibration effects and extra tension in the triggers.

Because the DualSense controller is wireless, it means you won’t get tangled up in wires or trip guests that are rushing by the TV. Of course, with wireless tech comes the troubles of recharging. Luckily, the DualSense controller is rechargeable via the same USB-C tech you likely use to charge your phone.

So, that’s the PS5 DualSense controller in a nutshell. Grab it now from Walmart for only $49, which is up to $26 off the usual price. These holiday deals have a tendency to disappear quickly, so go ahead and grab one now. As mentioned previously, you’ll be able to enjoy a generous free return period of 30 days if you end up changing your mind.

Don’t want a PS5 Pro? Grab the PS5 Slim 1TB manufacturer refurbished for $425
The slimmer PS5 console laying on its side.

By now, you've probably heard about the PS5 Pro, Sony's newest update to its current generation console. Despite what upgrades it may or may not bring, it's $700 and there are a lot of people that just don't have that kind of cash lying around -- me included. You can always trade in your old console somewhere for some credits toward the new one. But that only works if you already have a PS5 to trade in. You'll be happy to know that Target is offering a deal right now on a PS5 Pro Slim 1TB model that's been manufacturer-refurbished. Normally $450, you can grab it for $425 saving $25. If you have a Target Red Card you can save even more on top of that. Either way, it's a great deal and a lot cheaper than a brand new PS5 Pro.

Why shop this manufacturer refurbished PS5 Slim 1TB deal at Target?
For starters, $700 is a lot of money to drop on an incremental console upgrade. Some believe it's worth that price, and that may be true, but again, the biggest concern is whether or not you have that money to spend. If you don't you can always go with an original model PS5, trade in your old console for credits, or, go with this deal from Target. It offers a manufacturer-refurbished PS5 Slim 1TB for $425, which is much, much cheaper than the Pro.

This PS5 SSD is on sale — save $100
The Seagate Game Drive internal SSD being installed in the PS5.

Gamers who need extra space in their PlayStation 5 should think about taking advantage of PS5 SSD deals, as installing these devices is the easiest way to expand your console's storage. There's a tempting bargain from Best Buy right now if you're interested -- a $100 discount for the 2TB model of the Seagate Game Drive for the PS5, slashing its price from $260 to a more affordable $160. We're not sure how much time is remaining before you miss out on the savings though, so we highly recommend pushing through with your purchase immediately.

Why you should buy the Seagate Game Drive for the PS5
The original PlayStation 5 only had an 825GB hard drive, which grew to 1TB for the PlayStation 5 Slim, and then to 2TB for the upcoming PlayStation 5 Pro. However, for most gamers, that's still not enough space if you want to install multiple of the best PS5 games at the same time. With a PS5 SSD like the Seagate Game Drive, you'll get extra storage not just for your video games, but also for the screenshots and recordings that you take, and the save data for your progress. The internal SSD is officially licensed so you don't have to worry about bricking the console, and it's got a custom heatsink that will keep it running at peak performance even after hours of playing.
