An all-too-brief first look at NBA 2K15 shows Oklahoma City Thunder star (and this year’s cover athlete) Kevin Durant driving past Golden State Warriors guard Andre Iguodala for a high-flying dunk. It’s less than 20 seconds worth of footage all told, so be careful not to blink.
NBA 2K15 comes to PC and PlayStation/Xbox consoles on October 7, 2014, so you can bet on seeing more soon. Visual Concepts tends to be very cagey about sharing overly early looks at its NBA games, but this first look suggests that the game is in a state of readiness for some deeper dives. Legendary NBA player Michael Jordan has been crowned as the cover star for NBA 2K23 by 2K Sports. Specifically, the face of His Royal Airness will grace the cover of NBA 2K23: Michael Jordan Edition, while his iconic #23 Chicago Bulls jersey will be on the cover of the premium NBA 2K23: Championship Edition.

Publishing giant 2K is partnering with Lego to produce multiple sports games, including a soccer title that is set to release later this year, according to a report from Video Games Chronicle.
Set to launch close to the start of this year's FIFA World Cup, 2K's upcoming soccer game is reportedly being developed by Sumo Digital, which has previously developed Crackdown 3, along with numerous entries in the Sonic Racing franchise. It's somewhat ironic then that 2K's second Lego game will be an open-world racing title developed by Visual Concepts, which itself has made multiple sports titles for 2K, including NBA 2K22 and WWE 2K22. The 2K Lego racing game will reportedly release in 2023. According to VGC's sources, a third Lego sports game based on a major sports franchise is also in development.
