Check out our Murdered: Soul Suspect review.

Square Enix is set to bring Airtight Games’ “supernatural detective thriller” Murdered: Soul Suspect to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles in June 2014, the publisher confirms. The game was first announced for PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 in mid-2013, but this week marks the first time a release was confirmed for either of the two newer machines.

Murdered puts players in the role of Ronan O’Connor, a Salem detective who finds himself trapped in the limbo world of Dusk after he is slain by an unidentified killer. It’s your job as the player to help Ronan reach the afterlife by uncovering who murdered him and meting out some ghostly justice.

We haven’t seen a whole lot of the game since E3 (where we liked what we saw), but you can get a peek at what it looks like in the trailer below.

Will Star Wars Jedi: Survivor be on Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One?
Cal Kestis.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will follow Jedi Cal Kestis (and his loveable droid buddy, BD-1) five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Kestis will be attempting to stay one step ahead of the Empire’s constant pursuit as he continues to feel the weight of being one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy. We know this sequel is set to be a bit darker than its predecessor while still hitting that line between Dark Souls and Metroidvania thanks to complex Force puzzles, and, of course, intense lightsaber combat.

Survivor is set to launch tomorrow on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, PlayStation 5, and PC, and it looks incredible. But if you haven't upgraded to a current-gen console yet or are a dedicated Nintendo Switch gamer, you might be wondering if you'll ever had a chance to play the next installment in the Star Wars Jedi story. Here's what we know right now about whether Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will launch on Nintendo Switch, PS4 or Xbox One.

The best PS4 games for 2023
Leon parries a chainsaw villager in Resident Evil 4.

The PlayStation 4 sits comfortably atop the throne as one of the last generation's best consoles. It's the bestselling platform of the lot, with its early success being pinned mostly to its solid exclusive titles and aggressively timed DLC deals in the face of the competition. As of 2022, the PS4 has shipped more than 117 million units worldwide.

Things have evened out in recent years when it comes to exclusives, but throughout the generation, Sony's wedge of a machine has built up a healthy catalog of games across every conceivable genre. Its successor, the PlayStation 5, is backward-compatible with nearly every PS4 game, meaning you'll likely find yourself coming back to games from the previous generation on your new machine. There is a cluster of PS5 games that won't ever be coming to PS4 though.

A gamer sits in front of the Evnia Philips gaming monitor.

This content was produced in partnership with GameStop.
The Cyber Monday deals are pouring in and they're some of the best we've seen in a long while, especially if you're into gaming. Why? Mainly because GameStop is hosting some crazy deals right now, particularly on Xbox One and PS4 games. You see, if you buy two games you'll get one free, and it's for any preowned titles from those two consoles. We're talking about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Madden NFL 23, Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Horizon Forbidden West, Elden Ring, and we could go on all day but you get the point. Shop the sale below, or keep reading to see some of our top picks.

Typically, with buy-two-get-one sales like this, you see a lot of older titles and the selection is pretty limited. That's not the case with  the GameStop Cyber Monday sale. All preowned Xbox One and PS4 titles are fair game, including even some of the newer releases. There's nothing special needed to take advantage of the deal either, just add all three games to your cart and the discount will automatically apply at checkout.
