This display brings 2,560 x 1,440 resolution. While that’s not as sharp as 4K, it’s less demanding on your hardware, which means you can turn up the detail settings without slowing things to a crawl. Eizo has also boosted the refresh rate to 144Hz and selected a panel that uses In-Plane Switching technology. This combo means the monitor delivers smooth, low-latency gameplay along with extreme color accuracy and wide viewing angles. The monitor is even compatible with AMD’s FreeSync, which keeps the monitor’s refresh rate in sync with the refresh rate of any game you play. In our review, these features added up to the best picture quality we’ve seen from any gaming monitor, ever.
