It’s not every day that one of the best flagship smartphones goes on sale, but recently, retailers seem to be feeling generous. Walmart recently announced that the iPhone 5S will cost you just $80 with a two-year contract and now RadioShack says it’ll give you the Samsung Galaxy S5 for the same price with a two-year contract on Verizon.

Starting Friday, new and existing Verizon Wireless customers can purchase a Galaxy S5 at any RadioShack store for just $80 with a two-year contract. Typically, the Galaxy S5 costs $200 with a two-year contract, so this is an incredible deal for those of you who are looking to upgrade your smartphone to the latest and greatest from Samsung.

Samsung’s strategy with its smartphone portfolio in 2024 has focused more on subtle hardware refinements and a deep software-level overhaul. But where does it fall if you're already using another Fan Edition? The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE remains a solid smartphone, and if you're still using one, you may be wondering if it's time to upgrade. If you’ve been of two minds about this, read on, as we’ve broken down the most notable differences between the Galaxy S24 FE and its predecessor.
