Is Terrifier 3 streaming?

Terrifier 3 has done something that few low-budget horror films have ever achieved. In one weekend, it’s made more money than the first two films in the series combined. Terrifier 3‘s $18.9 million opening weekend defied box office predictions and sent Joker 2 packing to third place. For the first time in a long time, there’s a new horror slasher villain — Art the Clown — who has successfully crossed over into the mainstream.

Damien Leone wrote and directed the three Terrifier movies, and there’s a fourth on the way. For Terrifier 3, David Howard Thornton reprises his role as Art the Clown, alongside fellow returnees Lauren LaVera as Sienna Shaw, Elliott Fullam as Jonathan Shaw, and Samantha Scaffidi as Victoria Heyes. Newcomers to the cast include Margaret Anne Florence as Jess Shaw, Bryce Johnson as Greg Shaw, Antonella Rose as Gabbie Shaw, and Daniel Roebuck as Santa Claus. But given that this movie is about Art going on a rampage at Christmas, you can guess what happens to Santa pretty early in the film.

Now, it’s time to answer the question that brought you here.

No. Terrifier 3 is not currently streaming, and it probably wouldn’t have been as big of a hit if it was. With few exceptions, movies that debut day-and-date in theaters and on streaming don’t tend to do well at the box office. This film is already something of an anomaly, as few could have predicted that it would be this successful. The real question now is whether Terrifier 3‘s success was frontloaded, or if it has the sustained momentum to go on an even longer run at the box office.

October is usually a good month for horror flicks, and the only genre film on the horizon that may directly compete with Terrifier 3 is Smile 2, which will hit theaters on Friday, October 18.

When will Terrifier 3 be available to stream?

It’s difficult to pin it down to an exact date, since the film’s distributor, Cineverse, is a smaller Hollywood studio that doesn’t have as many predictable patterns as the major studios. What we can tell you is that Terrifier is streaming on Peacock, and Terrifier 2 is currently heating up the charts on Prime Video.

Terrifier 3 seems likely to go to one of those streamers. And if a streaming deal isn’t already in place for that film, it soon will be.

‘Pachinko’s showrunner is not sure whether the show will get a season 3: ‘You call and ask them’
The cast of Pachinko

Adapted from a 2017 Min Jin Lee novel of the same name, Pachinko is one of the most critically acclaimed shows on television, and one of Apple TV+'s best shows. The show's second just wrapped up on Oct. 11, and in a new interview with Variety, showrunner Soo Hugh said that a third season is very much not guaranteed.
"You call and ask them," she said during a Q&A about the second season. "We have so many more stories to tell. One of the things that we’re battling is there’s just so many shows out there, right? Our fans are the best fans, and we’ve been blown away by how generous the critics are. But I think it’s just really hard to make noise in this time and space."
Pachinko — Season 2 Official Trailer | Apple TV+

Pachinko is a sprawling epic that tells the story of a Korean family over several generations as they move to Japan and work toward a better life. While the book tells its story linearly, the series has split events up across several periods. In some of those periods, it has already caught up to the novel's events, while in others, there is more story from the novel that still needs to be told.
