This trailer actually came out earlier in the week, and since its debut it has already circled the internet a few times. Unless something unpredictable happens, it appears that Disney might have a hit on their hands with Tron Legacy. Here’s hoping it is good enough to warrant another sequel 28 years from now!
In the most recent trailer for the film, the story is the focus as opposed to the visually amazing trailers or the Daft Punk focused videos. If you are hoping to remain totally spoiler free about the movie, even up to the basic premise, then avoid this trailer and look for the movie to release in 3D and on IMAX on December 17.
For the rest of you, the story follows Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), son of Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges), 20 years after his father disappeared without a trace. Sam is lured into the digital world where he discovers that his father has been held captive by a computerized version of himself called CLU 2. With the help of the warrior Quorra (Olivia Wilde), father and son try to escape and the world that Kevin created.
