Now that the first trailer for Ant-Man is out there, Marvel Studios seems intent on keeping the conversation going with more promotional material tied to the upcoming film that will close out “Phase Two” of the studio’s rapidly expanding cinematic universe. This time around, a series of images offer yet another peek at Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and the film’s supporting cast of characters — including the mysterious character rumored to be the film’s villain, Yellowjacket.

The fresh batch of photos debuted on EW.com, and along with featuring Rudd both in and out of the Ant-Man suit, the photos also include shots of Michael Douglas as scientist Hank Pym and Evangeline Lilly as Hope Van Dyne, Hank’s daughter. There’s also a clean image of concept art used for the character rumored to be played by Corey Stoll, Yellowjacket, who dons a militarized version of the Ant-Man suit.

Marvel’s Ant-Man follows a career thief (Rudd) who’s recruited by Hank Pym to assist in a heist intended to protect the secrets of his size-changing Ant-Man suit from being used for all the wrong reasons. In doing so, Scott Lang is forced to find his inner hero — and possibly establish his own place in Marvel’s larger-than-life cinematic universe of heroes and villains.

You can see the Yellowjacket image below, and the rest can be viewed at EW.

Ant-Man hits theaters July 17 and is directed by Peyton Reed.

The 10 most powerful characters in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, ranked
Ant-Man, Stature, and Wasp stand ready for battle in Ant-Man 3.

Power is subjective. Some may argue that power is best tested by physical prowess, while others believe it lies within the mind. Iwould argue power is a mixture of strength, intelligence, resourcefulness, and dumb luck.

It's with that criterion in mind that I rank the 10 most powerful characters in the latest MCU movie, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Does everyone's favorite ex-Baskin Robbins employee-turned-Avenger come out on top? Or does Kang truly conquer all and take the title of Most Powerful Character? Well, if I tell you now, you probably won't read the whole thing, so be patient, have a snack, and read on.

In Scott Lang's third solo film in the MCU, he and his loved ones are sucked into the Quantum Realm, where they are forced to face the time-traveling villain, Kang the Conqueror.

Like many other Marvel movies, Quantumania is filled with references to previous MCU films and the comic book source material. Now that the film has been released to the public, readers can now see the list of all the Easter eggs found throughout Ant-Man and the Wasp's latest subatomic adventure.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’s ending explained
Ant-Man and the Wasp prepare for battle in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania features the return of everyone's favorite small-sized hero. Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly reprise the titular roles, joined by an all-star cast that includes the returning Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer, plus the long-awaited quasi-debuts of Kathryn Newton as Cassie Lang and Jonathan Majors as Kang, the Conqueror.

The film features the Lang/Pym-Van Dyne clan on an unexpected and dangerous adventure to the Quantum Realm. While far from Marvel's best effort, Quantumania benefits greatly from top-notch performances by Pfeiffer and Majors and Rudd's seemingly inexhaustible charm. Its somewhat uneven plot offers plenty of visual thrills and silly humor, leading to the traditional MCU finale, an all-out war between the good guys and Kang. As per Marvel tradition, multiple battles are happening, but we have all the crucial details ready.
