Where to watch the 2024 Christmas Tree Lighting at Rockefeller Center

Kelly Clarkson blows a kiss and smiles.
NBC Universal

Cue the music, Mariah Carey. With Thanksgiving in the rearview mirror, the journey to Christmas is in full swing. Nothing spreads holiday cheer more than a Christmas tree. The most iconic tree stands at Rockefeller Center in New York City. It’s the one Kevin McCallister reunited with his mother in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.

The Christmas tree lighting ceremony is one of December’s best events. About 50,000 multi-colored LED lights will glow on the iconic 74-foot-tall tree in Rockefeller Plaza. It will glow into the New York City night for the entire month, attracting millions of visitors. If you can’t make it to New York City, turn on your television to watch the tree lighting ceremony.

The 2024 Christmas tree lighting at Rockefeller Center airs on NBC at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday, December 4. Kelly Clarkson will host the show for the second consecutive year. Clarkson first performed at the ceremony over 20 years ago and returned to the stage several times before hosting last year. Clarkson will be joined by Today‘s Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, Al Roker, and Craig Melvin.

The NBC website and NBC app will stream the Christmas tree lighting ceremony. Link your TV provider account to the website or app by signing in with your username and password from that account.

There are ways to watch NBC without cable. Live streaming services — including Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, Sling TV, and Fubo — offer NBC without requiring a cable box. Some of these services offer free trials, meaning tonight’s ceremony can be streamed at no cost.

Where to watch Titans vs. Dolphins: NFL Week 4 Monday Night Football live stream
Will Levis stands at the podium and speaks.

There will be a doubleheader on Monday Night Football for the second consecutive week. In the first game, Will Levis and the Tennessee Titans (0-3) travel to Florida to play Tyreek Hill and the Miami Dolphins (1-2). Chris Fowler, Dan Orlovsky, Louis Riddick, and Laura Rutledge will be on the call for ESPN.

The Titans and Dolphins have major questions at quarterback coming into Week 4's game. Levis' turnovers are costing the Titans possessions, points, and ultimately, games. His inability to protect the ball is a huge issue. For Miami, their starting quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa, is out with a concussion. Their backup, Skylar Thompson, is not 100%. Will head coach Mike McDaniel trot out an injured Thompson, or let Tim Boyle or Tyler Huntley take over?

Where to watch Jaguars vs. Bills: NFL Week 3 Monday Night Football live stream
Josh Allen puts his hands in a hand warmer on the field.

It's a rare Monday Night Football doubleheader in Week 3 of the NFL's regular season. The first game of the night pits Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars (0-2) against Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills (2-0). The broadcast booth will feature Chris Fowler, Dan Orlovsky, and Louis Riddick. Laura Rutledge will provide updates from the sidelines, with rules analyst Jerry Bergman chiming in when unnecessary.

What is wrong with Lawrence? Two years ago, Lawrence was on his way to becoming one of the five best quarterbacks in football. Now, Lawrence is heading in the opposite direction, having lost seven consecutive starts. Meanwhile, Allen has firmly established himself as the second-best quarterback behind Patrick Mahomes.
