The Digital Trends Top Tech of CES Awards will also be presented for the fourth consecutive year. Award entries are judged by Digital Trends editors on innovation, practical real-world use, and design aesthetic. Awards will be presented in 15 product categories including automotive, home audio, and wearables, among others. Additionally, Digital Trends recently launched a Spanish-language site, DT Español, which will bestow a Latin Innovation Award for best new product from an exhibitor with Latin heritage. Top Tech Award winners will walk away with a Cyber Stag, a custom 3D-printed stag trophy created by Recon Northwest and a nod to Digital Trends hometown and headquarters in Portland, OR.

Throughout the show, the Digital Trends editorial team will canvass the 3,600+ exhibitors and report on the most significant new consumer products, trends, and advances in personal tech through hundreds of news updates. The site expects to produce increased coverage of fast-growing segments like health and fitness, drones, 3D printers, and smart-home technology, in addition to other high-growth categories. Additionally, Kaplan and members of his editorial staff will serve on CES panels discussing wearable technology, automotive tech, and the digital lifestyle, and will join the CTA for a roundtable discussion of hot trends.

In partnership with MediaLink, Digital Trends has created a comprehensive CES show guide and will lead tours for select top executives from leading Fortune 500 companies attending the show.
