Sony is the latest company to join Comcast's Xfinity TV Partner Program, with the cable service coming to Sony Android TVs in 2018.

While Sling TV may still have the upper hand in terms of availability, PlayStation Vue is catching up -- the service is now available on Android TV devices.

Following up on its Android-powered 4K Ultra HD TVs released earlier this year, Sony has announced pricing and availability for three new series of TVs.

Android TV is invading Sony's lineup of TVs for 2015. The 4K displays of Sony's Bravia TVs will be powered by Android TV and support HDR content.
