We here at Digital Trends like to think we have the answers to all the questions… or at least to your tech-related ones, anyway. While we encourage commenting, we also want to take some time to better try and answer some of the questions you post there.

So to that end, we’re introducing Ask DT. Every week, we’re going to set aside a post to answer reader questions. Don’t hold back – we want to hear it all, from how to update your gadget’s firmware to blocking someone on Facebook. Chances are if you’re wondering about it, other readers are as well.

That's finally starting to shift, and it looks like one of Google's productivity apps is the heir apparent. To put it lightly, Microsoft Word has an incredible advantage over Google Docs in terms of raw technical capability. From relatively humble beginnings in the 1980s, Microsoft has added new tools and options in each successive version. Most of the essential editing tools are available in Google Docs, but users who are used to Word will find it limited.
